Terms of Service
Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to dog waste
removal services from AwCrap! Pooper Scoopers.
TERMS OF SERVICE
AwCrap! Pooper Scoopers is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we” or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses and commercial properties, you agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services you hire us for, you are bound to these Terms.
The customer understands our ability to provide the services can be dependent on weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard which is your own responsibility, and other unknown outside influences.
DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE
AwCrap! Pooper Scoopers offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services. These services include One Time Clean, Weekly Cleaning, Bi-Weekly Cleaning, and Bucket Service. All pricing is based on your responses to our intake form.
OTHER PET SERVICES
AwCrap Pooper Scoopers offers other pet services such as pet sitting, drop ins, and dog walking. Pricing are House Sitting starts off at $27, drop ins start off at $21, and dog walking starts off at $20.
ACCESSING YOUR YARD
The customer understands that if AwCrap! Pooper Scoopers can’t access the area needing cleaning due to locked/blocked/frozen gates or dogs in the yard; the scoop will be skipped and charges will still apply. AwCrap! Pooper Scoopers suggests adding gate combinations or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates. If you wish for the service to be completed, there could be a possible travel fee added to your invoice.
WEATHER
AwCrap! Pooper Scoopers will work through the rain and cold as long as we can do so safely. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme high or low temperatures, flooding or an accumulation of snow.
AwCrap! Pooper Scoopers is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore under these circumstances ,we will skip your scoop service for that week, and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued since our scoopers will still be picking up all of the poop that would have been scooped the prior week. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it. Additionally, we do not want to tear up your yard in any way. If it is really muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the nextscheduled visit when things have dried out.
HOLIDAYS
AwCrap! Pooper Scoopers does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If your pick up day falls on one of these days, we will skip service that week and pick up the following week. There are no refunds for a missed pick up. We still have to do the work and pick up all of the poop from the week prior.
BILLING
AwCrap! Pooper Scoopers charges weekly rates but pre bills monthly for our service. Monthly bills can vary in pricing depending on how many weeks there are in a month. If the month of May has five weeks then you will be billed the weekly rate times five plus any applicable taxes for that month. If the next month is only 4 weeks then you would be billed the weekly rate times 4 plus any applicable taxes. Same for Bi-weekly services. Only monthly services remain the same rate. Your account will be charged on the 1st of the month for service. If your card is declined, we will discontinue service immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since your last clean up, a first time clean up fee will be applied. We will only pause service for periods of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30 day period you will be removed from the schedule. One Time Cleanings will be billed after the service has been completed. Payment is due within 24 hours. If payment becomes more that 30 days late AwCrap! Pooper Scoopers will turn your account over to collections.
LEAVES, DEBRIS AND TALL GRASS
We will always do our best to clean your yard the best that we can. We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get anything that was missed if yard maintenance is complete. If you find an excessive amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible at customersupport@awcrap.co.
ADDITIONAL FEES
The following are items we charge extra for:
Cleaning/sanitizing dog waste from decks/patios/sidewalks ($10/ for 1/2 acre and $15 for 1/2 acre or more)
Come Back request ($10/time)
Cleaning rocks/pebbled areas ($5/visit)
Waiting- If you make us wait to perform your cleaning ($5/visit)
PRIVACY POLICY
We may collect personal information from you on our sites or through any other digital or personal communication with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided by you and may include information such as your name, email address, phone number,
and physical address. Our site may collect general information about the service you are requesting such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and number of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior. We collect information about you in order to provide you with our services. We use personal information about our users for a variety of purposes related to our business,
your information is for AwCrap! Pooper Scoopers use only. We will never sell your information or send it to third parties.
We may provide user information to third-party service providers or vendors for purposes of, including without limitation, processing your payments or sending information to you, data tracking, maintenance or development of our system. We may also share your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise required by law.
REVISIONS
AwCrap! Pooper Scoopers provides the above services to you subject to the terms, which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Amendments will be effective upon our posting of such updated terms to our website. We recommend you visit the sites to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our services shall constitute as acceptance to any changes to the terms. Some of the
provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
SHUT DOWN
We reserve the right to shut down operations fully between Christmas and New Years Day. You will be billed at your normal Monthly rate unless you scoop your yard fully during our shut down.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Late payment fee $10 added to each bill that is late. Payment is due the 1st of each month. Bill becomes late on the 3rd of each month. There will be a $38 charge for restart services that will need to be paid prior to visit.
