What is the bad weather policy?

We clean rain or shine! But if severe weather conditions arise, you will be notified by text message or phone call of cancellation. Weather conditions that we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme high or low temperatures, flooding or an accumulation of snow. This is for the safety of our Scoopers. Since AwCrap! Pooper Scoopers service is billed monthly, we do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. You can learn more by reading our policy. Your service will resume the following week as scheduled.

How often do you come to our property to pick up dog poop?

We are happy to visit for a one-time clean, recurring basis, or a bucket service. We offer customizable packages are available to meet your needs.

Why do I need a pet waste removal service?

We all love our pets, but let’s be honest, the worst part can be having to clean your yard of their crap. But unfortunately it is an unsightly, non sanitary and unavoidable part of owning a dog. What do you do with the collected waste?

Any pet waste collected is placed inside of two heavy-duty plastic garbage bags and  securely placed in your outside garbage bin per the county requirements. Unless you would like for us to haul and dispose of it.

How will I pay?

Our services are billed monthly on a recurring plans, bucket service, and for one time services payment is due 24 hours before your service. You will be sent an invoice to your email that will have the link for you to make your payment. If you are interested in autopay, please indicate it on your form.
